In western society we deal with a lot of anxiety, mental issues and physical issues. Which most of them are treatable with changing your diet. But instead we turn to medication. Just take a pill to relieve the symptoms but it doesn’t make the problem go away.
WHY do we eat unhealthy? We are hardwired to crave sugar, fat and salt. But also processed foods are designed to trigger your rewards system.

Use herbs and spices to make simple meals taste good
Drink water instead of soda. (Believe me it took me years to switch from Diet Coke to lemonade to plain water.) It took baby steps and years to stop drinking coke.
