dancing not only does it make you happy it also has benefits for your condition; heart and lungs & muscular strength and you get stronger bones. It also helps prevents of developing dementia.
Scientists have found out that the areas of the brain that control memory and skills like planning and organizing improve with exercise. It is a great way to minimalize stress and reduce depression.
It helps when you want to loose weight and it increases your energy.
So what is holding you back to start dancing once a week?
Nowadays you can find classes with partners and there are internet pages where you can find a dance partner.
No more excuses……what dance will you want to learn?
